“The Megger MTO210 is a line-operated transformer ohmmeter for measuring very low DC resistance in transformer windings, rotating-machine windings, contacts, connections and control circuits. It is primarily used for transformer winding resistance testing and on-load tap-changer testing. Megger describes it as a two-channel transformer ohmmeter with 1 µΩ to 2000 Ω direct digital reading, up to 10 A DC test current, 0.25% accuracy, integrated demagnetisation and fast automatic safety discharge.”
