"The Agilent HP 400GL AC Voltmeter is an easy-to-read analog meter with dB ranges from -100 dB to +60 dB in 8 ranges. Thanks to its wide frequency range from 20 Hz to 4 MHz, the Agilent HP 400GL is ideal for a many applications. Input impedance is 10 Mohms on all ranges (< 30 pF to <15 pF depending on range). Provides good accuracy on all ranges, typical accuracy of ±0.4 dB. Max input is 1200 V rms, 1000 VDC. Calibration: linear dB scale, 100 divisions from -20 to 0 dB, logarithmic voltage scale 0 dB = 1 V. Requires AC line input or external + and - voltage between 35 and 55 V."
