We sell a very large range of equipment, with much of it used condition. Although we do our best to test and inform ourselves on each product, we accept that there are times when a product does not meet its description. Our priority is Your Satisfaction and to that end we will strive to satisfy your needs. What we ask of you is to check the item within 7 days of receipt and to contact us immediately if it does not perform as described. If the problem cannot be solved over the phone, then we will either pay to have it repaired, make a mutual adjustment to the price, or issue a refund which includes your shipping costs.
