This valve is new but has some rust on the handle from being in storage.

"The TF826 Butterfly Valve is a compact, general purpose design incorporating a retentive phenolic backed seat which can be replaced by dismantling pins without the need for special tools. Bi-directional zero leak tightness is obtained by compression of the seat between the valve body and edge of the disc.
Zero leakage between shaft and seat is obtained by compression of the seat profile into the valve body and incorporating an O-ring in the gland area. The interference seal ensures virtually no leakage to  atmosphere up to full rated pressure and allows the valve to be used in suction applications."
